Mental Health & Wellness

Based in Portland, Oregon, our flagship mental health initiative provides critical support systems for America's most vulnerable populations. We understand that mental wellness is the foundation of a thriving community.

Mental health challenges affect 1 in 5 American adults each year, yet millions lack access to adequate care. Our program bridges this gap by offering free, professional mental health services to those who need them most—homeless youth, veterans transitioning to civilian life, and at-risk families facing crisis.

What We Provide

  • Individual and group therapy sessions with licensed counselors
  • Crisis intervention and 24/7 support hotline
  • Veteran-specific PTSD and trauma counseling
  • Youth mental health workshops in schools
  • Community wellness seminars and stress management training
  • Substance abuse counseling and recovery support

Breaking the cycle through education

Educational Equity

Education is the most powerful tool for breaking the cycle of poverty. Our Educational Equity program provides underserved students across America with the resources, mentorship, and support they need to succeed.

In America today, a child's ZIP code often determines their educational opportunities. We're changing that. From kindergarten through college, we provide comprehensive support that empowers students to reach their full potential, regardless of their family's economic circumstances.

What We Provide

  • Merit-based and need-based scholarship programs
  • One-on-one tutoring and academic mentorship
  • Digital literacy workshops and computer access
  • College preparation and application assistance
  • Back-to-school supply drives serving 500+ students
  • After-school enrichment and STEM programs

Help Child Cancer

A cancer diagnosis is devastating for any family. Our Help Child Cancer initiative provides comprehensive financial, emotional, and practical support to children battling cancer and their families during their most difficult moments.

Each year, approximately 15,000 children in the United States are diagnosed with cancer. The financial burden can be crushing—families often face medical bills exceeding $100,000 while simultaneously losing income to caregiving. We step in to help families focus on what matters most: their child's recovery.

What We Provide

  • Direct financial assistance for medical treatments
  • Transportation support for hospital visits
  • Accommodation near treatment centers
  • Emotional support and family counseling
  • Sibling support programs
  • Celebrations and joy-creating experiences for patients
